Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) has secured funding through the Strategic Investment Fund to build people management skills and provide formal qualifications to the tourism and hospitality sector.

The Business Skills in People Management is a “Certificate IV in Human Resource Management” (BSB41007), providing your business with valuable return on investment (ROI) in the following areas:
